Information on How to Enroll

When enrolling at The Teddy Bear Den an appointment is never necessary and takes approximately 10 minutes. Join us on a Tuesday or Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and a volunteer will take care of you. We do ask that if you are on Medicaid please bring your Medicaid card, this card will enable you to immediately earn 100 points.

Earning and Spending Points

A participant’s “Teddy Credits” or points are earned by seeking healthy lifestyle such as attending health care provider appointments, not smoking, drinking or using drugs. Since our program includes your baby until he or she is 15 months old it also includes all well baby check ups and immunizations. These “Teddy Credits” are then redeemed at the Den for new baby items such as diapers, sleepers, clothing, high chairs, cribs and infant necessities throughout the time you are registered with our program.
